Unilateral Reconstruction

This patient developed left breast cancer. She underwent left mastectomy through a small horizontal ellipse. Dr. Geiger then performed immediate reconstruction under the muscle with a shaped implant and inferior Alloderm sling for support. After allowing relaxation and healing to the left breast, she underwent right breast vertical lift with autoaugmentation and left breast fat grafting for an amazing result and symmetry.
