Unilateral Reconstruction

This patient developed right breast cancer. She underwent right mastectomy via small transverse ellipse for a subtle breast lift. Dr. Geiger then performed subpectoral tissue expander and Alloderm reconstruction. 3 months later her right expander was replaced with a shaped gummy bear (highly cohesive) silicone implant. She had a concurrent left breast reduction/lift for an amazing outcome and symmetry.
