Unilateral Reconstruction

This patient developed left breast cancer. She underwent left mastectomy via small transverse ellipse for a subtle breast lift. Dr. Geiger then performed immediate prepectoral reconstruction using shaped gummy bear (highly cohesive) silicone implants. She later had a right breast lift and bilateral breast fat grafting for an amazing outcome. She has since gone on to have a left nipple recreation and tattooing to complete her reconstruction.
