Upper Back/Bra Line Lift

This patient had a previous breast reduction done elsewhere. Although she was happy with the new size and shape of her breasts, she did not like the residual excess skin and laxity along her outer chest walls and back. This tissue would fold over her bra and was highly visible in clothing. She underwent an upper back lift removing nearly 7 inches of vertical skin height on her sides. The resultant scar stays locked in place directly along her bra line, keeping it well hidden and concealed in undergarments and swimwear. She looks great and this procedure is extremely powerful for tightening loose back and side skin.
