Wise Pattern Reconstruction

This patient developed breast cancer. She underwent double mastectomies through breast reduction-type incisions (Wise Pattern) to remove excess skin and allow better reshaping of the breasts. Dr. Geiger placed tissue expanders under the muscle and supported them with her own excess breast skin (inferior autoderm technique). She completed the expansion phase and subsequently underwent exchange to smooth round silicone implants (800cc SCX right; 750cc SCX left) for an excellent outcome giving her both a reduction and a breast lift.
