Wise Pattern Reconstruction

This patient developed breast cancer. She elected to treat this with double mastectomies. She had a prior breast augmentation but over time had developed some breast tissue falling off these implants. Thus Dr. Geiger designed a mastectomy approach to help remove this excess skin along with her breast tissue and cancer care. She was able to undergo direct-to-implant reconstruction with 415cc full profile implants for an amazing outcome giving her both a breast lift and reconstruction. We plan some additional fat grafting at a later date to help smooth out any remaining wrinkles given her thin tissues and body frame.
