Breast Augmentation Before and After Photos Patient 37368

This patient desired a subtle enhancement to her breasts. She wanted enough to fill out but not too much that anyone would know she has implants. She underwent breast augmentation with Dr. Geiger who placed smooth round silicone implants (485cc full profile soft touch) on top of the muscle, but under the fascia. This allows for minimal pain, quick recovery, and no future animation. These were placed through incisions hidden in her breast folds. She looks amazing and will keep everyone guessing!
