Breast Augmentation Before and After Photos Patient 37758

This extremely fit patient desired enhancement to her breasts. She wanted enough to fill out her frame and avoid issues with muscle activity. She underwent breast augmentation with Dr. Geiger who placed smooth round silicone implants (345cc moderate profile soft touch) on top of the muscle, but under the fascia. This allows for minimal pain, quick recovery, and no future animation. These were placed through incisions hidden in her breast folds. She looks amazing and admits she gets compliments all the time.
Note- The faint scars on her outer chest wall are from additional upper back contouring and not from implant placement.
