Areolar Sparing Reconstruction

Breast Reconstruction- Areolar Sparing Mastectomies, Prepectoral Direct to Shaped Implant Reconstruction
This patient developed right breast cancer. She underwent skin sparing mastectomies via small horizontal incisions. Dr. Geiger performed immediate prepectoral (ontop of the muscle) reconstruction with highly cohesive (gummy bear) shaped silicone implants giving her a very nice shape and natural appearance. Different sized implants (MM 420cc right, MM 375cc left) were used to create more symmetry given her pre-existing sternal irregularities and breast asymmetries.
