Prepectoral Reconstruction

This patient underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies for breast cancer via a lower outer breast fold incision. She had immediate prepectoral (on top of the muscle) reconstruction with the latest generation, highly cohesive, smooth round silicone implants giving her a very nice, slightly fuller appearance.
