Prepectoral Reconstruction

This patient developed breast cancer. She underwent double mastectomies via small horizontal incisions that removed only the projecting part of her nipple for cancer reasons and patient desires. Dr. Geiger performed immediate prepectoral (above the muscle) reconstruction with highly cohesive (gummy bear) shaped silicone implants giving her a nice, natural appearance.
