Revision Reconstruction

This patient had a history of left breast cancer approximately 20 years ago. She underwent left mastectomy with expander and then implant based reconstruction at that time. Over time she developed a capsular contracture to her left side causing this implant to become higher on the chest wall and tight. Here she is 4 months after Dr. Geiger revised the left breast reconstruction with removal of all scar tissue, pocket adjustments, and a new implant. He performed a revision breast lift on the right for symmetry. She looks and feels so much better now.
